FREE Northwestern Summer Program for CPS Students

The Women’s Health Science Program at Northwestern University (whsp.northwestern.edu) is now recruiting CPS students for our one-week summer academy, the Women’s Health Summer Academy (WHSA)!  This academy offers students hands-on experience with advanced concepts in the fields of science and medicine, in a fun and interactive one-week format. Female students who have shown an interest in science or medicine, are encouraged to!  They are specifically looking for lower-income students who may not have the opportunity to participate in programs such as this one due to financial constraints.  This academy is 100% free(breakfast and lunch will be provided on the day of the academy, and students will also receive CTA passes), and an excellent resume-builder!  Students will get to work with top Northwestern professors, doctors, graduate students, medical students, and undergraduates, and will get hands-on experience at the state-of-the-art Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
