Description:
Academic Decathlon is a scholastic competition considered the most rigorous in the nation. It is divided into ten areas of competition with one overriding annual theme. Students engage in in-depth multi- disciplinary learning in art, music, literature, math, science, history, and economics relating to the annual theme and learn through teamwork and competition. Students can take the Academic Decathlon class for an Honors elective credit. Students can take Academic Decathlon for three consecutive years.
